We are an independent, not-for-profit organization governed by an elected board of directors.

Our strategy, budget, and annual operating plan are reviewed and approved by the board of elected members. Our board members are representative of the industries we work with and come from large organizations and SMEs.

This board is elected each year at the AGM. The board then meets at least four times a year, keeping on top of changes and exploring new strategic opportunities.
